How we do it:

• Exceptional Hiring Standards – 2-step interview, reference checks, criminal background checks, bonded employees, extensive orientation process, job shadowing, and in-home training, zero-tolerance policy regarding client confidentiality.
• Personalized, In-home set-ups – we will never send someone to your home without first introducing you. A supervisor will come to your home with the prospective caregiver to complete introductions and outline services to be provided based on your preferences and needs.
• Client Centered Services – services when YOU want them. Care staff is selected based on your preferences and needs. We strive for consistency in scheduling and staffing.
• Ongoing Supervision – Home visits by supervisors every 90 days or more often as needed. A supervisor will schedule an appointment to come meet with you to evaluate your satisfaction and any unmet needs.
• On Call Supervisors/Nursing Staff 24/7 to assist with care and staffing issues.
• Live staff to answer calls and assist during regular business hours. On call service available with live staff to assist with urgent staffing and care needs during non-business hours.
